We don't chase trends. We build foundations.

Verunda started in 2019 with two people, one client and a specific frustration: e-commerce brands were being sold campaigns when what they needed was structure.
Seven years later we're eight specialists — strategy, design, engineering, SEO, lifecycle and paid — and the frustration hasn't changed. Most stores don't have a traffic problem. They have a catalogue that fights the customer, a product page that doesn't answer objections, and a retention programme that never got built.
So we work in that order: fix the structure, then turn on the volume. It's slower to sell and much harder to unwind. It's also why our clients stay.
Four rules we don't bend.
Diagnose before designing
Every engagement opens with a two-week teardown: analytics, funnel, catalogue, technical health. We won't touch a pixel until we can name the constraint.
Structure over trends
Trends decay. Information architecture, merchandising logic and retention mechanics compound. We build the second thing and let the first thing be a garnish.
One team, no relay race
The people in the pitch are the people in the build. Nothing gets handed to a junior pod after the contract is signed.
Numbers or it didn't happen
Baselines are recorded before we start. Every claim we make in a case study has a dashboard behind it.
Less theatre, more whiteboard.
No war rooms, no vanity dashboards. Mostly close reading of data, sharp arguments, and shipping.
